How much does restoration or composite work cost?

Pricing depends on difficulty, output size, and whether physical print is included. Send your photo via KakaoTalk or email — we'll respond with an exact quote. The quote itself is free.

When do I pay?

After you receive and approve the free preview. If the preview doesn't satisfy you, no payment is taken — and the work doesn't proceed.

Do you accept international payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — PayPal, international wire transfer, KakaoPay, and Korean credit card all accepted. Payment is invoiced after preview approval.

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

During the free preview stage, request revisions until you're satisfied — no additional cost. After you approve the preview and we proceed to printing and framing, minor refinements (color, fine details) are still free. Structural changes such as adding or removing people, or a full rework, may require a separate quote.

Can I cancel or get a refund after payment?

Before preview work begins: full refund. After the preview has been delivered: refund minus the preview-work fee. Once printing and framing are completed, refunds are generally not available — except for objective defects (printing errors, color mismatches), which we remedy with a free reprint or rework at no extra cost.

Can you make a memorial portrait the same day?

Yes. Most memorial portraits are completed same-day. For active funerals, the digital file can be delivered within one hour — the print and frame follow by same-day courier (in metro Korea) or international shipping. We have many sub-1-hour completions on record.

How long does each service take?

Accepted Answer

Memorial, ID, and standard restoration: same-day to 2 days. Complex composites or severely damaged restorations: 7 to 14 days. Revision time is separate and unlimited.

How many revisions are included in the preview?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited. We revise until the result is right — at no additional cost. Locking in the final result is the studio's principle, not a billable extra.

Question 10

Can you restore a photo taken with a phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Phone photos are workable sources. Note that the original resolution sets the upper limit of the result, so please send the highest-quality file you have.

My photo is badly damaged. Is restoration possible?

Accepted Answer

If the face is recognizable, restoration is almost always possible. If you're uncertain, send the photo via KakaoTalk and we'll assess feasibility in advance — that assessment is also free.

Question 12

How do I send my photo?

Accepted Answer

Three options: KakaoTalk 1:1, email (s_davinci@naver.com), or international courier to our Incheon studio. If you visit the studio in Korea, we scan your original photo at high resolution for free.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we ship worldwide via EMS or international tracked services. Korean diaspora families across the United States, Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia commission our work regularly. Country-specific shipping quote on request.

Can I receive a printed and framed piece, not just a digital file?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we produce prints across all standard sizes (5R / 8R / 11R / 14R) and offer memorial frames, columbarium frames, and premium wood/metal options. Quote includes both file and physical options.

Can the file be sent immediately after completion?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you approve the preview and payment is processed, the digital file is delivered via email or KakaoTalk immediately — useful for funeral hall digital displays. Physical print and frame ship separately.

Will my photo appear on your portfolio or blog?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Every public piece of work on our site is shown only with the client's explicit marketing consent. Without your consent, your photos appear nowhere.

Question 17

Is marketing consent required to use the service?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. There is no service-tier difference between consenting and not consenting. Clients who do consent receive a story-appropriate appreciation reward.

Question 18

How are my files stored after the work is finished?

Accepted Answer

Files are stored encrypted and deleted on request. After delivery confirmation, files are retained only for the period you specify, then securely destroyed.
